In order for FaceTec to function properly, you need access to a camera. If you are using a mobile app, please sure that your camera is active and that your privacy settings allow camera access. If you are on your computer using our website, please scan the provided QR code.
Make sure that the camera image quality is good enough, to recognize your face. Lighting conditions should be met and hair/accessories should not cover your face.
If FaceTec still isn't working, please try updating your device. There are cases where this may not help, though, so you may need to switch to something newer.
Please note that FaceTec can only associate a face to one account. This means that the same face cannot be linked with multiple accounts.
