We get thousands of surveys every day from our third party suppliers. Unfortunately, some of them might be lacking in quality - and some might even break. We regularly run quality assurance checks to make sure this does not happen often, but some might still show up on your dashboard.
You can check a survey's star rating if you would like to avoid lower-quality surveys.
If you do find a broken survey, please leave it and select 'Technical Issue' as the reason you left. When this happens we get notified and will take the survey out of our system.
