If you still don’t see the rewards in your account after waiting, try restarting the app or refreshing the website. This can help update your account balance and display any pending rewards.
If restarting or refreshing doesn’t work, please use the "report a problem" button highlighted below. This button will be visible once you have started an offer.
Note: Contacting the BitBurst Support will not help. We are not able to check if you completed a task, and we are not able to give you a reward.
